Cprogram_ExpNumNborsAddRemShiftUnifProb.tar: C source code to compute the expected
network degree, where the energy of each structure is zero, so the Boltzmann
probability exp(-E(s)/RT)/Z is simply the uniform probability
1/N, where N is the total number of secondary structures. This
tarball also contains Python code to prototype the algorithm as well as
Python code to cross-check results by exhaustive enumeration.
