Vienna package subroutine findpath

This code calls the findpath subroutinefrom Vienna RNA Package, so that it can be compared with the RNApathfinder program. Another more direct way to accessing it could not be found, so we created a C program to interface with the findpath subroutine. We use the library libRNA.a.

libRNA.a contains all Vienna package routines, this may be system dependent. If so, reload this from Vienna RNA Package
