This is the site for the beta release of our suite of analysis tools for next-generation sequencing machines. If you are a beta tester, you should have received the appropriate credentials to download the software, example data sets and relevant documentation. We respectfully request that you do not distribute any of the software, data or documentation to other parties.

The software included in the beta release is available for anyone who wishes to test our software. For access please send an email to Aaron Quinlan at quinlaaa <at> bc <dot> edu.

[edit] Software components

The following software is included in the "downloadable" packages below.

EagleView, our sequence assembly viewing application must be installed separately as an RPM (RedHat Package Manager) package and should be downloaded here:

By clicking on the appropriate link for your system architecture, please download the distribution appropriate for your hardware. For simplicity, we have packaged the programs, the example data set, documentation, and pipeline scripts to process the data into a single archive. Please refer to the documentation below for details.

This document details the contents of the beta distribution and illustrates how to process the example scripts and datasets that we have included. We suggest that you refer to the specific documentation for each program for further details.
