RNAstem database

Abstract

The RNAstem database presents information about the secondary structures of all RNAs present in the Rfam database (a collection of non-coding RNA families). RNAstem was designed to facilitate the extraction of useful information about specific secondary structure motifs such as loops, base pairs, base pair combinations, nucleotides in junctions, bulges, internal loops, or short stretches of sequences in those regions. The database allows the rapid compilation of any secondary structure feature according to the alignments of Rfam.
